To respect my time and other clients, please review my cancellation policy below: Hair Services • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. • If canceled less than 24 hours prior, 50% of the service fee will be charged. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Permanent Makeup Services • Due to the length of these appointments, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. • If canceled within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited. • No-shows will result in the full service amount being charged and loss of deposit. Late Arrivals • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit/service fee may be forfeited. Deposits • All permanent makeup services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. • Deposits go toward your total service cost but are lost if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled outside the allowed timeframe. To secure your hairstyling appointment, payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, due to previous issues with late or missed payments, this policy is now required.(For hair only) Appointments without timely payment will be canceled.
